Questions
What is an AI credit?
Reading one instrument screen or one dictated reading uses 1 credit. Reading a full photographed or uploaded sheet uses 4, because one sheet can hold many samples. 500 credits covers about 500 screens or 125 full sheets a month.
How accurate is the reading?
Every value is shown to you before it is saved, next to the photo it came from, so nothing goes into your data unchecked. Corrections you make teach the app how your instruments and sheets are laid out.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you have not subscribed, your organisation becomes read-only: everything stays there to view and export, and nothing is deleted. Subscribe at any time to carry on where you left off.
Where is our data stored? Are recordings kept?
Data is stored on Google Cloud in Singapore. Spoken notes are turned into text and the audio is discarded straight away. Only people you share a project with, and your organisation's owner and admins, can see it.
Can we pay by invoice or PayNow?
Yes. Pay by PayNow for a month or a year at a time, or by card with automatic renewal. An invoice is emailed for every payment and can be downloaded from your Organisation page.

Each organisation covers up to 10 members. Larger groups can run more than one organisation. Contact us and we will find something that fits.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes, in Safari today, and an iPhone app is on its way. There is also an Android app, and it works in any desktop browser.
